Being a Microsoft Business Partner, Michélle Booysen contributed to a Microsoft Round Table last week, and presented the SA Post Office case study ‘Achieving Strategic Goals Differently’ with Marietjie Lancaster (Executive, Group Strategy, SA Post Office).

The Round Table aimed to share the story, point out the lessons learnt and provide for discussion on using process as departure point for organsational change.
