Business Achievers Award BWA
On the 19th of June the Business Women Association Cape Town recognised the most outstanding business women in a gala event in the Table Bay hotel. Michélle Booysen was a finalist in the Entrepreneur category, together with Jeanne Groenewald of Elgin Free Range Chickens, Caroline Mack of Staffing Direct and Silvana Burger of Overstrand Build-It. For those not familiar with project management (yet): project scoping is where you need to say what the project is about and what it needs to deliver. To put a Project Scope Statement together, you use the following:
Project Scope Statement - The narrative description of the project scope, including major deliverables, project objectives, project assumptions, project constraints, and a statement of work, that provides a documented basis for making future project decisions and for confirming or developing a common understanding of project scope among the stakeholders.
