Our aim is to impart our know-how effectively to enable you to apply your skills immediately. We understand that individual attention and practical assessments are critical during training. The VizPro® Training Programme teaches you how you can apply our unique and highly practical Process Mapping methodology to address a variety of business issues, like change management, role clarity, systems integration, and developing an organisational structure.
Project Management is integrated in this course to enable you to run your own VizPro® projects effectively. We do not follow the ‘Learn now, apply later’ principle. In our training you apply your skills as you learn which makes learning easier and more effective.
Within one month after completion of the training programme, you complete and submit a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE). The completion of the PoE, allows you to apply the VizPro® skills you acquired in your working environment whilst receiving our full support. When you are found competent, based on your PoE, you are awarded the title VizPro® Process Architect.
